Trust

Julian Dingemanse (23) started as a process engineer last summer. During his studies, he was already introduced to Indaver as an intern. He especially remembers the friendly atmosphere and trust he experienced from day one.

“During my internship I was given lots of freedom,” Julian says. “As a full-time employee, it is no different. Because my employer has such a flexible attitude, I have a great time here."

Responsibility

Although Julian has not worked here for very long, he has already noticed Indaver's huge investment in new recruits. "I’m currently being trained ) as a project manager. In this role, I mainly focus on technical improvements and steer the associated changes in the right direction. I already get to contribute to budgeting and all kinds of applications. In this way, I’m closely involved in everything. When I worked in a supermarket as a student, only a few euros were involved, so to speak. Now I’m jointly responsible for financing projects and that is  quite different amounts of money. Being given such responsibility is a huge motivator.”

“This is exciting but especially proof that they trust me. Even if I haven’t been working here for that long. For really major decisions, I always enlist the help of more experienced colleagues. Their advice makes me sure of my choice. It provides support and then you just start taking initiatives more quickly."

That is why Julian opted for Indaver: “As a young employee they immediately place their trust in you. It encourages you to take initiatives.”
